Booking online (for a delivery in another part of Nepal) was easy, quick and efficient, my first time ordering from Giftmandu.
Delivery was made in a timely fashion, on the day requested, including checking on the address for the delivery. However, the wrong order was delivered (!) - despite this (after a quick phone call to the courier) the correct order was delivered within a very short time of the call being made.
Despite the initial problem with the delivery - I would certainly use the service again.

This is a message to you guys that i had ordered some items like teddy, rose and chocolates from you guys which was my first order. And it is disappointing that the teddy was damaged from behind. I hope if you guys can replace it. Thank you!
