Beyond excellent service/ follow up
There was a slight issue with my initial order and i honestly had little to no hope for any after-care. However, they replied quickly and were extremely respectful and accommodating despite my words being a bit heated. I was completely wrong in assuming their standards would be shit because it's not international. Apologies for the initial review and I'll always recommend this service for any gifts from now on.
