Booking online (for a delivery in another part of Nepal) was easy, quick and efficient, my first time ordering from Giftmandu. Delivery was made in a timely fashion, on the day requested, including checking on the address for the delivery. However, the wrong order was delivered (!) - despite this (after a quick phone call to the courier) the correct order was delivered within a very short time of the call being made. Despite the initial problem with the delivery - I would certainly use the service again.

What a service guys! World class service! What could be better than delivering a gift when not even the addre ss was known. I wanted to send my love a bunch of roses but I only knew which area she works. These guys are so awesome and did their best.
