Great, but keep the surprise!
Thank you for the timely delivery and good quality of the cake. The recipient loved it. However i wish you kept the element of surprise. Your delivery boy when he called mentioned that there was a cake for delivery, which took the surprise out of the gift. It was meant to be a surprise. And the person knew what she was getting. 1. Awesome customer service. There is room for improvement regarding delay in replies but Goals are always met. 2. Re-sending of Damaged gifts, if damaged while delivering especially Cake and flowers. 3. Variety of choices for gifts. There are lot of various gift items in the website. They can always add more but the current one meets my expectation. 4. Staff pick section is a very easy instant purchase option saving tons of time.
